We are out of town and Teo helped us buy a house this summer. He is professional, honest and knowledgeable about the area. He is one of the few rare agents who has his clients best interests in mind. He 'll never push you something that doesn't fit your budget or your needs. He is also very patient - we've seen over 10 properties over a course of 2 months and made few offers, unitil we found what we really liked. I recommended him to all my friends. If you are looking for a agent in North Miami/Surfside/Hollywood/BalHarbor area - Teo is your man!
